And don’t let anybody tell you that we are not glad. No matter what our trials and tribulations have been, we of the Editorial and Business Staffs have sincerely enjoyed our task; and if you like our efforts, we shall feel well rewarded. Mistakes are certain to occur in editing a book of this size, for these errors we ask your forgiveness and your sympathy.
