Activities of the Science Club included contests, pro- jects, reports, complex experiments, and visits to places of interest - among these a tour through the Tennessee Pulp and Paper Company at Counce, Tennessee, Throughout the year the club held meetings to enlarge the scope of their knowledge in the rapidly changing field of modern science.
