HOME ECONOMICS The obiective of the Home Economics course is to aid in the physical, social, cmd moral development of its participants. This course included much more than the usuol cooking and sewing. ln addition, the girls learned the fundamentals of home management, child care, related chemistry, related biology, costume designing, consumer buying, family relationships, and entertainment.
