LA GLIAGE Three languages are taught in the senior high school-French, Latin. and Spanish. Bliss Hidlay teaches the French and Spanish classes and Miss Moody teaches the Latin classes. GH' CLARISSA H I IJLAY The aims of a language course, French or Spanish, are for a student to acquire the ability to read and con- verse in the language. Students also learn about the customs of the French and Spanish people. To the left and below are pictures of the groups that presented the annual Spanish play early in 1952. There are 24- students enrolled in the French classes, 121 in the Spanish classes, and 31 in the Latin classes.
