SECOND ROW: Joy Crawford, Student Council Representativeg Bonnie Mr. Rexford Koetsier, Bob Calderwood, Duane Knuth, Mrs. Lyle Patton Sunday, Secretaryg Sandra Balough, Treasurerj Mr. Rex Koetsier, Sponsorj Earl Adams Student Council Representative' Dwane Kunth Vi ce-presi- dent Colors Red and White Flower American Beauty Rose Motto With the ropes of the past we will rang the bells of the future We the class of 58 now come to the end of a happy and prosperous hugh chool life It has been a pleasant and engoyable time although a busy one Our freshman year we worked hard already plannlna on a senior trip For money making protects we had bake sales sponsored dances and sold vanilla Our sophomore year was a very busy one too We held even more paper drives and dances The Shamrock through which the basketball team lumps when coming on to the floor was first Introduced by Dwane Knuth and Bob Mc Mullen During our lunior year we worked on many class pro lects for earning money Among them were a Christma tree sale and a magazine sale We gave the Junior and senior prom In May with the theme When you wish upon a star We held two dinners with the mothers doing the cooking Our last year was our busiest year We worked hard trying to raise money for the trip which was to come in April sponsored the Homecoming Dance with Linda Jones as our queen The money maknng prolects this year were the dinner we gave Christmas card sale and the concession stand at noon and at the home games The fall months found us traveling to Benton Harbor for our senior pictures ln March we received our name cards and graduation announcements On April 7 we left on our senior trip on the lndvan Trails bus As a group we visited the caverns at Luray Vtr gunna had a cruise on the Potomac River and saw Mount Vernon Gettysburg the Corning Glass Co Niagara Falls and other places of Interest in Ontario Canada While ir Washington we saw many government buildings and after touring the White House we had our pictures taken on the lawn in front of the building The long awaited night is still to come for the Class ol 58 Baccalaureate will be held on the 25th of May wvth Graduation following on the 28th We should like the thank our sponser Mr Rexford Koetsler for the guidance he has giv n us in these past four years fc?
