Reminiscence Looking back through our four years of study, we have finally reached our goal. This year we are seniors and about to graduate. It seems only yesterday that we started as insignificant freshmen. Remember our first year? We thought how wonderful it was to finally be a high school member. How we rushed to make classes on time! We didn't have many social activities that year but we did have a hay ride. What fun! Our sponsors were Mr. August Lange and Miss Mary Graham. The second year we were more active. The main activity was to place orders for class rings. The rings arrived late in April. Other activities consisted of fudge and bake sales, and a roller skating party at Central Docks in Benton Harbor. Sponsors were Mr. John Brawders and Mr. Burton Aldrich. During our iunior year we planned the Junior-Senior Prom. We also held a bake sale, a Christmas dinner, and put on the class play, 'Who Killed Aunt Caroline. The annual magazine sale which is held annually by each iunior class was very profitable and the biggest proiect we undertook that year. Our sponsors were Mr. John Brawders, Miss Jean Wagner and Miss Flora Armour. Our senior year we frantically began to try and earn some money for the class trip. We held two bake sales, sold ice cream bars at basketball games and in school, gave a play, 'Girl Shy, held a chicken supper, ran a con- cession stand at Football games and sold cakes at basketball games. All the profits from these activities went into the funds for the senior trip to Washington, D.C., which was late in April. We then graduated in spectacular style and went our merry ways.
