Banquets Are Held This year several banquets were held to honor the school or- ganizations. New officers were inducted at the FFA and FHA Banquets, and awards were pre- sented. The Jr. Class Presents ... On May 7,1982, the Jr.-Sr. Prom was held in the Bernie High School cafeteria. The theme was “The Nite Life” and was dis- played in blue and silver. The music was provided by Eddy Martin’s American Sound, the prom was provided by the ju- niors and the fun was provided by the seniors. With silver stars, a winking moon and beautiful metallic blue and silver streamers, the cafeteria was looking better than ever be- fore. All the juniors and seniors that attended were in their formal dress and appeared contented and happy to be there. Top: The stage, decorated in blue metallic streamers and dazzling silver stars, presented the theme in bold metallic letters which spelled out The Nite Life” encircled in stars.
