Lisa Logan Crowned Homecoming Queen Dawn Of A New Decade was the theme of BHS's Homecoming held February 15 during half time of the Malden-Bernie basketball game. For the first time ever a freshman, Lisa Logan, was crowned Homecoming Queen by Retiring Queen Cindy Fears. Kim Watson Chosen Student Of The Year Kimberly Joy Watson was chosen by the high school fac- ulty as Student of the Year for 1980. Kim was voted Beta Club President and Most Beautiful is the Who's Who honor she received. As a senior she was active in FHA. Pep Club, Who's Who Among American High School Students and as Yearbook Editor. She also received the honor of FFA Sweetheart. The future will find Kim at William Woods College in Fulton, majoring in Fashion Mer- chandising. Robin Renae White and Cecilia Francis Stephens were runners-up for the award. Robin has been active as cheerleading captain. Beta Club Secretary, a member of Pep Club, Band and Who's Who Among American High School Students. Her class- mates voted her Best AH Around and she was also chosen as Student of the Month for November by the Dexter Elks' Lodge. Robin's future plans are to attend Murray State University and pursue a career in medicine. Cecilia has participated in Band, Chorus. Women's En- semble, 4-H and Pep Club. During her senior year she served as FHA Secretary and was chosen Best Personality in the Who's Who competition.
