Aiwa? if wi ll wig? 11 RFQ, ..I ' BRIEF HISTORY OF THE SENIOR CLASS On that beautiful sunny morning in September 43 the audi torium was filled with pupils from the first grade through the eleventh including 32 bewildered freshmen We freshmen were as frightened as the first graders but the first graders did have their mothers along to console them Just think we were in high school The rest of the high school pupils were worrying about what subjects they could take at such and such a period under such and such a teacher but not we poor little freshmen We were worried about how we were going to find our way to all those rooms and what we would take when we got there Those seniors why do they stare at us so? Oh if only Iwere one of them Wonder what we are going to have to do when they 1n1t1 ate us? Throughthe Freshmen year, through the Sophomore year, through the Junior year, to the Senior year we students worked. Sometimes the going got rather hard but we always made lt maybe not with flying colors, but that didn't matter too much. And now that our Senior year is almost up, it does n't seem true. But, as we look back now, we remember all the happiness we have shared during these four years.
