MRS. FRIEDA SADDLEMIRE: Kindergarten Grade teachers mold young minds The years spent in kindergarten through sixth grade are students’ formative years, when their minds and personalities take shape. The job of molding these young people's minds is entrusted to their teachers. Elementary teachers have many qualities - patience, understanding, love of children, and insight.
