Rural Travels On a brisk and breezy day, I watch the dandelions blow away And wonder where their solo flight Will take them traveling through the night. No map to guide them as they fly Across the fields beneath the sky. One journey each is all they dare But none seem worried, nor seem to care. Each one descends to its home on earth Where it sleeps through the winter and in the springtime gives birth . . . A sweet yellow flower will blossom and die To be carried away when a breeze rushes by. MOST SPIRITED The Senior Class is overflowing with spirit and the two individuals most respinsible for this lively enthusiasm are Angie Taylor and Dave Snook. At pep rallies, on the sidelines or in the midst of athletic competition, they can be found giving 110% of their time and effort in doing all they can for BSHS. Who's who in the class of 1983 CLASS CLOWNS Some people seem to be unable to control their crazy antics and zany sense of humor. They can liven up a dull class, quiet lunch, or even a boring study hall just by walking into the room. Leo Cook and Lisa Harman possess this special talent for making people laugh, and for this reason the seniors have chosen them as Class Clowns . Their presence at BSHS has made everyday school life easier to handle. 9
