Valedictorian It is said that education is the one thing that cannot be taken from you. Education is learning for life. This has been my guideline throughout high school. It is, I believe, one of the main reasons for my receiving this high honor. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the teach- ers that have helped me through my four years of high school. I also would like to express my appreciation to the coaches I have had in sports. Sports and band have helped instill in me competitiveness and fair play. To the teachers and coaches, and especially to my parents, I would again like to say. Thank You. JOSEPH MALECKI Saiutatorian Being named saiutatorian of my class is the highest honor ever bestowed upon me. My years at Berlin High School have given me many new experiences and I hope my future years will be just as fruitful. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my teachers and all those who helped to make this honor possible, to wish all my classmates the greatest suc- cess in the future, and to express my sincere hope that all those who have remaining years at B.H.S. will benefit as much as I have. NANCY KUTZ
