SECRETARY: G. Neid, TREASURER: L. Young, PRESIDENT: M. Vartanian, VICE-PRESIDENT: F. Sataline The Freshmen began their first year at Berlin High School by electing their class officers, Mark Vartanian, Frank Sataline, Greg Neid, and Leslie Young. The Class of 79, then became officially “oriented” into B.H.S. with lipstick, tur- bans, sheiks and belly-dancer outfits, and the Senior Song. Laurie Adams was cho- sen by the Freshman Class as their Homecoming Attendent. The classes first attimpt at a money making project was their Magazine Drive, which proved to be a very successful step, bringing in a siz- able amount of money into their treasury. They also sponsored a dance in May. The class of 79, ended their profitable year with a Farewell Breakfast to the Seniors. They now have a bright outlook to their future years at B.H.S. Freshmen Class of 1979
