Hills, Absents G, Howell, J, Jones, K, Lightfoot, T, Tillinghast. The Sixth grade developed several science projects on air- planes. Mr. Gilbert Hutchins and Mr. J. Fransisco, of Norwalk Airport spoke to the class on airplanes, and air travel. A field trip to Norwalk Airport climaxed these projects. The sixth-graders also organized a cartoon club in which scrape books were made. The whole class sang at the Christmas program, every member of the class received a library certificate for having read ten or more books. The seventh grade was entertained at Halloween, by the movie Mr. Roberts. For Thanksgiving they participated in an essay contest held for Jr. High. The theme was entitled What Thanksgiving Means to Me. At Christmas the class had a gift exchange, dance. Everyone made projects for the Science Fair held March 14, at Perkins Sohool.
