Foreword We are now approaching the end of our high school careers and the cross roads of our lives. Each of us will take a different path, but we shall always carry with us the memories of our high school years. This book represents a high school dream of the Class of 1957 come true . Each page has its own meaning. How could we forget our class- mates, friends, teachers, Clarence and the many activities and athletics in which most of us participated. In publishing this book we wish to give substance to our memories and enable us to keep them forever alive. We, as editors, in speaking for the entire class, repeat: Our aspirations are as trees - tall and stately, Whose top most branches are frail like our visions. As they grow and mature. Reaching ever upward they will attain a clearer perspective. Janice Wager, Editor-in-Chief Janice Goodermote, Associate Editor 2

Dedication We the class of 1957 wish to dedicate our yearbook, Exodus, to our parents. Without their help and guidance we could never have reached this step towards our goal. Through our four years of high school we have had to overcome obstacles and we know that we were given unselfish and patient understanding by parents who helped us achieve success. So, Parents we dedicate this book to you in appreciation of your tireless efforts and to you we’ll prove the Best is Yet to Come .” 4
