Envy of about-to-be-Ensigns was a minor factor in those daysg we were too busy with our own drags and future plans. We thought we knew all about the problem of supply and demand of June Week, but we had forgotten rationing. Many were the frantic searches for a dinner that week, but no one seemed to mind. The second hurdle had been crossedg there was ample reason for security and sweeping plans for next year.
