seniors Standing on the threshold of graduation, we pause to realize the fullness of the moment. Our clay of days has arrived . . . We feel a thrill in our hearts . . . a quickening of our pulse . . . a pride of accomplishment as we walk to the platform to receive our coveted diplomas. With shaking hands we reach out for this precious document . . . vaguely hearing words of congratulations from our Princi- pal . . . words that we feel are lost in the sense of pride that our parents have for each of us as we reach this station in life.
