They have, I am sure, tried to develop characteristics of leader- ship. Character, ability, and sincere intentions are essential to sound leadership. In this scientific age of today the world needs youthful leadership with bedrocks of character, ability and sincerity. These qualifications have been instilled during your days at Berkeley Springs High School. May success and ever-developing leadership come to you in whatever life’s work you choose.
