As the yearbook editor, l tried to capture the spirit ot Berkeley in 224 pages. l986 marked Berkeley's twenty-titth anniversary, so this year we added glimpses ot Berkeley's past. ' Record Being the editor, my picture enlarged on the last page ot the mair book, is not unlike being a one inch by one and a halt inch picture in the underclassmen section. Crunching deadlines are nothing new to BRS' students, after all. Yet l have learned my responsibility to satisfy the taculty, administration, bookkeeping ottice, and seniors is nearly impossi ble. Pleasing all ot the people all ot the time would have been even more unrealistic without a small dedicated group ot people. I particularly wan to thank Eric Breit, whose creativity and experience solved endlesi amounts ot problems, Patrick Keim and Monique Agia, photo editors gave up their tree time to take most of the pictures in the l986 Bucca- neer. Every day atter school, Stephanie lones, lodi Elliot, and our new advisor, Mr. Lukacs, slaved over layouts. l want to thank them most ot al f without these three there would be no Buccaneer.
