Girls Advance I Districts This year was important for the girls who for the first time advanced past the first game of the district tournament. That first tournament game, a l-0 win over Plant, was the high point of the season. The season ending injuries of starters lenny Daily and Tanice Ferman were frustrating for the team, but that allowed other players to gain experience and skill. The team is losing only two seniors, Ioely Pomprowitz and Christina Mayo, and gaining new young players each year. Coach Roberts is excited about next year because there will be two equally gualified girls for most positions. l-fe feels girls' soccer is growing stronger every year.
