FOREWORD This year's Pod is not vastly different from those of past years. But it will serve well to point out the laughs and thrills of high school life during the past six months. To this we have added our own artistic touch. There is something in this book besides photographs and art work. There is the spirit of the class. The high senior class— 457 strong. On their entrance three years ago, they were nothing but a scared group of Low 10's, the butt of the upperclass joking and sarcasm. On their graduation in a few days, they will have made a high mark in all scholastic and extracurricular activities offered in our school. Now it is time for us to leave. As graduating seniors we have only one request: that the lowerclassmen keep alive the spirit and tradition of our campus, which we for the past three years have endeavored to promote and strengthen. Finally I would like to give recognition and thanks to Dave Gregg and Priscilla Keays who did a terrific job in directing and putting over sales. Without the help of my able assistants Mike McGinley and Dave Knoll, the rest of the sales staff, and the hard working Pod staff, this book might not be in your hands today. PAUL VIOUCH, Editor, Olla Podrida.
