Sketch Club Scenery Committee GLADYS PATTERSON Gladys wants to be a nurse. Her quiet friendly manner and willing helpfulness would easily assist her in accom- plishing her desire. Orchestra Sketch Club MARGARET MU RTOLA Anyone who knows Mick- ey's bright personal- ity knows she dislikes deceit- ful people. An athlete at heart! Spanish Club Yearbook Staff EILEEN O'CONNOR Eileen is very quiet but also dependable. She and Ber- nice, the most reserved two- some in the class, are con- stant companions. Dramatic Club Lighting Committee HARRY PETTIGREW Harry, musically inclined, is now serving in the Navy and playing with its band. Orchestra Tumbling CHARLES MYERS Charlie doesn't go around making noise, but let anyone start an argument with him and he'll talk to the end. Homeroom President '42 ROBERT ORF Here is one of our fellows who is down onbgirls, but he's up on sports. His ambi- tion is to be a baseball play- er. Football Baseball VICTOR PITTS To us students, the name speaks for itself. Max is known for his remarks: and, though he is a boisterous chap, he livens up his classes. Basketball Soccer MARJORI E PALLMAN Pallie may be studious, but you'll hunt a long way to find a girl with a more fun-loving nature. Newspaper Staff Library Council RAYMOND POOLE Ray is a fellow headed straight for success in what- ever he strives to do. He is ambitious, modest, serious, and steady. Swimming Club Airplane Club LAWRENCE MALONE We won't forget Larry, a tall, rather slim, good-loolv ing fellow, whose main inter- ests are athletics and girls. Baseball Camera Club TONE MINKO Tone, a happy go-lucky fel- low, is one of whom we saw very little this year. He left early to join the Navy. DOUGLAS LYVERE Doug is certainly one of the best known fellows in our class. He left early this year to loin the Marines. We are sure he will do his part now over there. Football Basketball CAROL MANNA The more you know her, the better you like her. She is sweet, sincere, and reliable. Basketball Red Cross JUNE MIZRAK Nick, a member of our newspaper staff, can easily be recognized by her iovial gait and hearty laughter. Newspaper Staff Student Council ANTHONY K MALDONATO Tony's favorite sports are tumbling and soccer. His im- partial attitude and modesty will make him many friends. Art Club Yearbook Staff RICHARD MONTGOMERY Monty's willingness when there was work to be done has given him a high stand- ing among his fellow stud- ents. He has fulfilled his ambition by entering the U. S. Navy. Basketball Dance Club HELEN MAERTENS Although Nell is quiet, she is liked by all her friends. He is a deep thinker, likes to read and travel, and wants to become a tool engineer. CHARLES SGANGA Charlie enjoys all sports, but we think ot him mostly as a star of the soccer team.
