Of the seventy-eight GAA members, twenty-one have
earned their letter B by earning 900 points. Four
points an hour can be acquired by participating in
iarious activities.
Freshmen GAA members were initiated by begging
for money on main street to finance lunch for the
GAA members. The new GAA girls good-naturedly en-
dured hilarious stunts following the lunch.
Sophomores captured the volleyball championship
in the class tourneys by defeating the juniors who
placedsecond and were followed by the seniors' and
freshmen's team coming in third and fourth respect-
ively.
Captains of each class team were: Joan Determan,
seniorg Marge Tornberg, junior: Carolynn Determan,
sophomore, and Joyce Keffer, freshman.

played in the spring completing GAA activities.
