Tuning his tonsils in the invigorating aut-
umn air, Rusty tries his hand as an oratorin
keeping with BHS declaimers who this year
copped second place in the district declam
contest.
Representing Beresford were Glenn Holse,
senior, rated as superior, Pauline Inberg
rated as excellentg Melvin Nelson rated .ex-
cellentg and Polly McDonald who rated good.
Humorous, dramatic, oratory and poetry were
the respective divisions of the above con-
testants.
In the regional contest Glenn placed with
an excellent while in the Mid-West Speech
tournament he was ranked third in the finals.
