Because this is so, every semester a day is set aside that the students might spend the entire day in prayer and experience a richer relationship with Christ. As they come to the Lord with their hearts fully opened to Him that He might search them and teach them many things, they expect great blessings from Him. Approaching His throne, they ask Hrst for for- giveness for their sins, then they take to Him the re- quests that are on their hearts. They find that they learn many new things about Him and about them- selves. As a result of this day they gain new concepts, new purposes of life, which raise them to new heights in their walk with Christ. These days are never forgotten by the students be- cause they know that their lives were changed through each of these days of prayer. 24

Choir Under the guidance and leadership of our well-trained director, Miss Becker, the choir has been able to sing at a number of special programs at the school, such as the Laymen Friends of Berean, Parents Day, and Alumni Day. For the Christmas program the choir sang at the Candle- light Service. It takes time, much tedious practice, and patience for the choir to become as one in their singingg but it is well worth it all when the singing is done as a witness for the glory and honor of God.
