Introduction This is the CHIMES — 195 8. Through words and pictures we are telling a story; a story that has been told before and a story that will be told again. Our story may be different, yet it is the same. Our theme may be found in the college catalog, although stated in different w ords. It has been published many times in magazines and in the newspapers. But we know it better than any of these writers; we have known it for 120 semester hours (plus four hours of phys. ed.) We have lived it for at least 10 hours labor each week. Without us there would be no theme, no story. We are the students.
