ri' Qur' Supevinlendenl MRS. G. C. TINNIN Mrs. Tinnin, our superintendent since january 10, 1943, has been the dynamo in develop- ing an extensive building program and enlarging a curriculum that is recognized as out- standing by those who are in touch with modem trends in education. The enrichment in the various areas of living through actual experiences has made learn- ing more pleasant and meaningful. Mrs. Tinnin has the unusual ability of motivating and organizing each project and activity so that it.functions well in its own field yet main- tains an excellent balance in its relation to the whole program. Probably the most pronounced quality in Mrs. Tinnin's successful administration of the school program is the harmonious relations existing between herself, the school board, faculty, students, and other work. Each group recognizes and respects her broad vision of her job, her appreciation of the feelings of others, and her capacity for hard work. Bentonville School has made wonderful progress in its program under the capable leader- ship of Mrs. Tinnin.
