John was afraid he would put it on backwards, so he put a B on the back. Suppose he forgot that ll stands for before. too. 13-We were a class without a teacher this morning. XYonder why. lo-Glenn was at school early this morning. l.et's feast over it. Miss Robin- son has a new red sweater and Miss Boggs a new cold. Miss lloggss mother and sister visited school today. 17-captains for each grade drew for school tourney. lfreshmen vs. Grades, Sophomores vs. Seniors. l8-lfreshies had class meeting' at noon. U41 you suppose they really think they will win the tourney? l'J-Everybody preparing' for tourney. Choose your colors. JO-liirst session of tourney is over. lfreshmen and Seniors won. Finals to- night. Z3-lfreshies are the winners. .Z-l-,luniors are so sleepy. 'lion much surprise party. Mrs. Collier presents the Freshmen. winners ofthe tourney, with a delicious cake. Stafford was in school only one period this morning. Said he didn't feel good. There are many times people don't feel good. l-ls-llill llaker tried to sit on a seat that wasn't there. He found one, though! 15-The girls are trying out for track meet. We heard that Mr. Stafford is to be married June -lth. 16-The faculty and .-Xthletic club gave XVives to Burn. Mr. Stafford is in it, too. 17-23-Track team practice, study, more track team practice and more study. 24-Track meet at Fairview. B. ll. S.
