Student Job Seekers The prospective job seeker may have been a bit anxious as he entered the employment field With so many careers to choose from, it was nearly impossible to know' just which one would be enjoya- ble and profitable for that individual. However, there was a solution to the problem. Juniors and Seniors had the opportunity to participate in courses at Hillyards Technical School. The available areas for study at Hillyards included auto mechanics, data processing, secre- tarial training, building, welding, printing, and electronics. The Hillyards courses were used as prepara- tion for a college course, a job after graduation, or trade school. The school gives on the job experience and a sampling of the career so that the student could decide whether or not to con- tinue in that field. Attending the Hillyards classes were of bene- fit to the student in the market for a job. iO Hillyards
