Hellenic culture was entrusted to tin care of its leading citizens whose duty it was to preserve revered customs, to develop ideas, and to organize knowledge. On this tradition the Hoard of Education bases its leadership in the training of St. Joseph youth for appreciative participation in intellectual endeavors. MR. GEORGE L. BLACKWELL Superintendent of Schools To Mr. Blackwell has been delegated the exact- ing task of developing all phases of the school sys- tem to achieve not only diversity but excellence.
