FCDREWORD T has been the aim ot the class ol l939 with the cooperation of Mr. Miller, our adviser, to produce an annual that will make per- manent the many activities and pleasant ex- periences ot our high school life. For the benetit ot past graduates We have, to the best ot our ability, included the address, occupa- tion, and name of the entire alumni group. This volume is submitted to the past and present pupils ot the Benton High School with the hope that it may some day help them recall that period ot their lives when there was little heart tor aught but living.
