After the summer of nineteen hundred and thirty-six We Iuniors boarded the Limited '38 at Benton High School, to start the third tour of our educational journey. We elected Wilfred Conrad, Chief Engineer, CPresidentl: Charles lohn Hess, Fireman CVice-Presidentl, Frank Yost, Ir., Conductor lTreasurerl: and George Franklin Kile, Mail Clerk CSecretaryl. On October thirtieth, after we had collected an abundance of corn fodder and pumpkins in Alvin Sutliff's four adviser? fields, we were dropped off at Burr Appleman's where We enjoyed a Halloween party with the Seniors. There was a great debate upon selecting our class rings which made the coaches rumble and caused much disturbance among our fellow passengers. Every six weeks we published the Windbag, a successful newspaper of which we are very proud. After the Iunior and Senior Prom, our train will be stopped over for three months, and we shall board it again in September to finish the last lap of our journey in High School.
