Class Prophecy As the class of ' 46 through these years has traveled, It is time for its fate to be unraveled. Melha Adams, a good all around, Has a success which cannot always be found. Eloise Benson, who was always shy, Now has a personality that money can ' t buy. Estelle Benson, who could answer your question, Is helping Dorothy Dix with her suggestions. Jill Benson always liked to stay at home, But now she ' s taking her honeymoon in Rome. Gerry Britt, always merry, Sells you ice cream, chocolate and cherry. Betty Jean Bryant, with her witty disposiiton, Is a good humorist with much recognition. Joyce Capps, who sang in the choir, Is today a singer, which was always her desire. Jean Denning had her future planned Because she couldn ' t live without her man. La Ruth Ennis, our platinum blonde, Has married a cattle mar. of whom she is very fond. Elsie Holmes, her quietness striking. Today is skilled in shorthand and typing. Very witty was Mary Holmes, Now she sings through a microphone. Myrtle Johnson who always wanted ot be a nurse, Is happy now in her own little universe. Dot Langdon, with her great ambitions, Is today, a careful dietitian. Alice Ehrie Lee was always well dressed, Now she is a teacher, clear and well stressed. Hortense McLamb with those natural curls, Now runs a kindergarten for very small girls. Jean McLamb with her nerve and courage, Gives medicine and plasma to the sick and discouraged. Betsy Ann Morgan, always a good mathematician, Is recognized now as a good musician. Lois Neighbors, as we all know, liked to read, And now she can knit with efficiency and speed. Louise Norris, always attentive, Today draws and is very inventive. Eloise Parker, small but sure, Can give you a very attractive manicure. Sarah Mae Parks, small but always seen, Has her career, and is dramatizing her dreams. Bob Pleasant, the smallest of our class, Is a designer of lawns and a consultant on grass. Mae Belle Roberts, along with her speech making, A business course she is now taking. Eunice Stancil whose thoughts were unknown, Is happily married with her future well known. Becky Stephenson, with all her dates, Can ' t decide now which to take. Inez Stephenson who was always alert, Is now modeling movie actresses ' skirts. Jewel Strickland, a success with ability, Is making a success without probability. Margaret Vaughn, always ambitious, Now writes books which are very fictitious. Now Dorothy Watson was a very sweet girl, Who now is employed as a fixer of curls. Daphne West with nursing her ambition, Today gives advice on health and nutrition. A very industrious student was Dan Barbour, Who is now a sailor with a girl in every harbor. Lavon Johnson always wanted to be a sailor free, But now he is growing peach trees. C. W. Lee, a pilot being his ambition, Today is considered a skilled optician. Wilson Lee, though glad to meetcha, Now speaks his views as a geography teacher. Billy Warren whose destiny was known. Is now a pharmacist, very well known. 19
