ALBERT LOKKEN, RUSSELL ROSE. Albert Lokken, band director, and Russell Rose, vocal instructor, receive the credit for leading us in our musical appreciation and accomplishments. Rudements of music is also taught by Mr. Rose. Students with artistic abilities turn for a helping hand to Norman Bursheim, art instructor. Mr. Bursheim also teaches junior high social studies. NORMAN BURSHEIM. Athletic director, Craig Johnson, boys physical education instructor, James Root, and girls physical education instructor, Marian Jensen, direct the weekly physical education program. Mr. Johnson also teaches orientation and general science. This is a debit and this is a credit -- a familiar statement made by LeRoy Abramson, bookkeeping instructor and social studies instructor. Dwight Olson, commercial instructor, teaches typing and shorthand. The home economics department is under the instruction of Marcene Proehl, who is also the hot lunch supervisor, and Arlys Johnson, who also teaches general science.
