Approaching The end of our high school years, we, The Class of l96O, will pause for several shorT hours To announce The begin- ning of a new period in our lives. Here, aT lasT, The firsT milesfone has been reached - high school graduaTion. Now we will fol- low The dreams and aspiraTions of our youTh as They become The achievemenTs of men and women, successful in governmenf, indusTry, sporTs, and educaTion. We will uniTe for The final Time To sing our alma maTer, The final noTe of which will des- ignaTe The parTing of The ways. Now no long- er will we spend The winTer monThs aT Ben- salem, for we have a new iob, we musT puT aside The ThoughTs of The carefree days of our youTh and assume adulT roles in The world. Leaving our youTh is mosT difficulT. IT fills us wiTh greaT sadness, for always we will fondly recall The many happy hours here - our proms, big games, plays, and yes, even our sTudies.
