PEACE BE STILL NOTE OF THANKS The 1960 Monument has gone to press. Those hectic hours and numerous meetings will soon be only memories, as we glance through the finished product. We, the co-editors, know only too well that this publication could never have been a reality, without the expert assistance we have received. Editing this book has been the most valuable and rewarding experience of our high school career. Our pride in the culmination of the publication has been the compensation for our work and disappointments. What were oncelideas in our minds, will now be pages in this book. It has been a great joy to have experienced the privilege of creating a memory book for the class of 1960. As co-editors, we will always be indebted to all those who in any way have made this book possible. To Taylor Publishing Co. we would like to express our thanks for easing our path and producing a superior quality book. Special thanks to their New England representative, Mr. Sawyer Lee, for his help during the initial stages of the book. Our gratitude especially goes out to Lloyd Studio for their excellent photography, advice and time. Sister Scholastica, our advisor, has been our source of support, assistance, and encouragement. To her, we extend our heartfelt thanks. Layout problems were readily solved under the capable guidance of Beverly Petrelis, and for this we are indebted to her. Both the competent business and production staff have helped to complete this hook, and only through their sacrifices and co-operation could it have been com- pleted. We thank the entire student body for their interest and support in purchas- ing our book. Last but certainly not least, we deeply thank you, our patrons and sponsors, with- out whose financial sacrifices this letter could never have been written. May God reward you for your endeavors on our behalf. With this letter, we complete the final page and close the book of memories for the class of 1960.
