ww LATIN AMERICAN FRATERNITY. The Phi Chi Delta was founded at Louisiana State Uni- versity in l9l 3. The purpose of this organization is to bring in close relationship all the worthy Latin-American students in the United States, and to maintain a high standard as such. It also tends to establish Alumni Chapters in all the Latin- American countries so as to be of a helping hand to its fellow members in the practice of their respective professions. The progress of this association has been so wonderful that in the short period of its existence fourteen different Chapters have been created. Among its members almost every nation of the South, Central America and West Indies is represented, which proves to be a great success. A monthly magazine is published by the Omicron Chapter of Chicago. having a circulation of two thousand copies. ISM
