With our instructors, we often pause for the laughter that makes hfe worthwhile. A s lecturers we try to hold the interest of our student body and our guest. When alone, we ponder over the events of the day and receive satisfaction for deeds well done.

2) e cf i c a i o n 11 Wl-ienever glimpsed upon, the contents of this book will remind us of the efforts of so many, which were brought to bear upon our present degree of readiness as we stand prepared to enter into various other phases of our lives. The 1969 Bennett Belle is dedicated to Mrs. Mary T. Coleman in gratitude for the role that she played in the earliest stages of our preparation. As Director of Admissions, it is she who was responsible for our being where we are today. This yearbook is dedicated not with egotistical pride in our own achievements as a monument deserving of praise, but rather, in humility as an indication of our appreciation to you, Mrs. Coleman. We are grateful for the education we have been able to acquire as an indirect result of your efforts and assure you that they have not been in vain.
