Scutaro is urging Treasurer Coles to start collecting money. This Scutaro is a human dynamo when it comes to getting other people to do things. Poor Russo by this time has made so many mistakes that he is being advised by the group around his typewriter not to let it get him down. Martuscelli was elected to make all tele- phone calls.
