JUNTO The Junto, the legislative body of the Benjamin Franklin school government, consists of 196 pupils, two from each homeroom. These two representatives are elected by their classmates and meet every two weeks to discuss school affairs and to air student opinion. ORCHESTRA The Benjamin Franklin Orchestra is also under the direction of Mr. Karl Van FHoesen. It appears alter- nately with the Band at school assemblies and contributes in a large measure to the pleasure derived from that part of the sghpQl work. 15
