He was a Fellow in Education in Chicago and interned in Administration in the Oak Park, Illinois School System. He has taught at Iowa State Teachers College, was a principal in Davenport, Iowa, St. Peters- burg, Florida, and Assistant Superintendent of Schools in Pinellas County, Florida.
