Tor the remainder of theigames are good. TRACK At our first meet we were just waxming up. The second meet showed more of the teams prowess. The 440 yard relay was won by Simms, Murray, Grier and Muchison. The half-mile was won by Henry Washington. At the Penn Relays the shot- put was won by Lucius Hardoway. We took 7th place in the Annual All-Phila. High School Meet and 4th in the Inquirer Meet. VARSITY BASKETBALL The Poor Richards coached by Robert Logan opened the season against John Bartram High. We 105t to Bartram 43 to 43 The next six games were ours, but due to the ineligibility of Richard Chaney, Clarehce Henderson and All Public Claude Gross, q. J4N
