Furthering the winning tradition, the Varsity Basketball Team once again took 1st place in the W.S.C.C. with a perfect record of 11-0 and an overall record of 26-3. Under the skillful direc- tion of Mr. Bill Geist and assistants Mr. Joe Kilbride and Mr. Ken Leszczynski, the Redwings continued their confer- ence winning streak of 74 games. The team took 3rd place in the Glenbard West Tournament and made it to the quarter finals of the Provioso West Tournament. By the Associates Press Poll, the Redwings were ranked fif- teenth of the Class AA teams in the state of Illinois.
