Learning Through Experience Sr. Contance Ann Prather, O.S.B., History and Political Science, (Below): As a member of the League of Women Voters, Sister Constance Ann has served as an elec- tion judge. Her first teaching position was in a country school with 22 stu- dents ages 6 to 15 and one stove for heating. Sister ' s best trips have been to the Smokies with her family and to London and Scotland with students. Mr. Ed Schroeder, History, (Below Right) Mr. Martin Wiora, American- World History, (Right): The familiar voice announcing all home football and basketball games is that of Mr. Wiora. When he is not announcing, he is coaching Varsity Baseball throughout the spring and summer.

Miss Stephanie Lewis, P.E. (Right): Miss Lewis, whose previous travels included 36 of the 50 states and 10 countries in Western Europe, visited Arkansas, Kentucky, and New York the past summer. The owner of a reg- istered Quarter horse named Tabano Pete, her hobbies include horseback riding, photography and handwork. She has recently begun a long term project of finishing off 3 rooms on the lower level of her house and is cur- rently working on her Master ' s de- gree. Miss Brooke Norman, P.E. (Lower Right): Miss Norman does a great deal of traveling, having visited 40 of the 50 states and Canada. This sum- mer she plans on traveling out West backpacking in the mountains. Cur- rently she is working on her Master ' s degree in Physical Education at NIU and in the future hopes to complete the requirements for her PhD. She also would like to get to Europe with- in the next 5 years. Mr. Fedinec, P.E. (Lower Left): Mr. Fedinec has taught an array of courses in his years at Benet: Biolo- gy, Russian, and now Physical Education. Mr. Fedinec also coaches Cross Country and Track. Mr. Timothy Cederblad, P.E. (Cen- ter): Keeping very busy in the fall season, Mr. Cederblad acts as the head Varsity Football coach while he teaches courses in the P.E. Depart- ment. X.
