U Y P Q F ELUSING UP THE Ml-XHIAN YEAH On December 7, 1954, the Sodality of Our Lady Queen of Peace formally closed the Marian Year with it solemn demonstration in honor of Our Blessed Mother. The day was opened with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, co-offered by Rev. joseph P. Fagan and the entire student body. Father Fagan lcd a pilgrimage to each shrine where he related its significance. Students, in the form of a living rosary, then joined with him in the recitation of one of its joyful Mysteries. The program was en- hanced by the Glee Club in selections of hymns relative to each shrine. The festivities were brought to a magnihcent closing with the crown- ing of Our Lady by the Sodality Prefect, Marion Hogan, followed by Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament.
