'Q' MR, LAMB, MRS, BILLS, MR, HUDNUT ADMINISTRATION Mr. T. N. Lamb, the Superintendent of Schools, represents all departments in the educa- tional system, from the student to the Board of Education, and from the faculty to the school patrons, His duties are numerous and varied, the foremost of which is the performance of his responsibility to thoroughly understand the problems facing the schools in the area in which he works. He must select teachers, prepare budgets, purchase supplies, and many other numerous duties. Mr, Judson 1-Iudnut, Assistant Superintendent in charge of high school, has the duties of principal, He must keep records of high school pupils, prepare records, programs and schedules, Mr. Hudnut assists in the formulation of school policies and public relations program of the high school, I Mrs, Bills, Assistant Superintendent in charge of elementary schools, has the duties of principal of elementary schools. She keeps the records of the elementary pupils, has charge of discipline of students and controls the records of the lower grades. She must confer with the superintendent in regard to the employment of elementary school teachers and supervise their school activities, She directs the curriculum, guidance and testing for the elementary and high school, 10
