CLASS of '58 Left to Right: Bill Brennan, Sharon Baker, Sharon Gumpcrt, Riley Allen The 165 memhers of the senior class were husy this year. Soon after school started they were engaged in initiating the sophomores. On Septemher 26 the annual senior picnic was held at Shevlin Parlc. Independent college visitation was held on Octoher 8, and was also senior dress-up day. The state college representatives met with the seniors Novemher 4. For a Christmas project this year the senior class undertook to supply three families with a happy Christmas. The students donated and repaired toys, and clothing, and provided food for Christmas dinner. Events in the spring semester included the senior Banquet on April 8, and Senior Hicli Day April 29. On May 7, the seniors presented their annual assemhly. The last month was climaxed with the Major Awards Assemhly on May 29, and finally Baccalaureate on June I and Commencement on June 7. Class officers for the year were: Bill Brennan, president: Riley Allen vice-presi- dent: Sharon Balcer theasurerg and Sharon Gumpert, secretary. Mr. Reed, Mrs. Lang- mas, and Mr. Hawes are class advisors.
