Ferguson QMgr J, Rodriguez Llglar Rucker Pent Hammond, Loach Case Ben Llppen s 1901 soccer team had a good nucleus returning but Just couldnt seem to find the scoring punch to outscore the other teams The .11 team won only one game but sure showed the spmt for a championship team but only lacked the experience of a great team This 3ear's team was lead by the playing of Francisco Rodriguez the Pent boys and Herman Davis Because of the number of returning lettermen next years team should prove to be the team to beat in the Blue Ridge Conference J W FOOTBALL TEAM Kneeling U- to 1'-J-Hamman, Pent, Perry, Burchell. Thomas, Bishop, Bass, Hollatz, Wright. Standing U- t0 F-7-C0301 Shy, McMakin, Means, Hansen, Yeager, Fergu- son, Buford, Whitlock, Pent. This year's team broke even with a 500 per cent average, by winning 3 and losing 3. This team is made up of boys who are not developed enough and lack experience to be on the Varsity.
