P GREENSBORO YOUTH COUNCIL Formerly YCCA Greensboro Youth Council is a composite of six city high schools to coordinate youth activities. Now a state organization with numerous sub-committees as civic services. Andie Gottschall of Smith is Secretary of North Carolina Youth Committee this year. City services include participation in Beautification, Feedback, Friends of the Court.
