Crowder, These are very familiar expressions that are heard every day in the Ben Davis Ca.feterla.The cafeteria is one ofthe most popular places at Ben Davis, especially around noon time. Above, Sandy Kinney and Patty Cottey are laughing over a private joke, while Ron Rajer, Mary McKinney,Janet Booher and Sue Lewis seem to have more serious matters to discuss. Some of the most popular people around Ben Davis are the cooks! Ben Davis has a fine staff of cheerful cooks who always seemto whip up some Grade A meals. Some people be- lieve food is the closest thing to our hearts and they may be right.

Aa4L-..-,-A,- - -, - A , lu in , LB Y 'Xl sl If af' 'xl Two presentations that will long be remem- bered by this year's students of Ben Davis were the annual music festival and the spring play, OklahomaI Above, Patty Pruett glides through a solo in the Arabian Nights number. There were several other dance routines, including: an Indian number, a Gypsy number, a Dogpatch number, an Irish number and many others. Several organizations participated in the Music Festival such asg the band, the orchestra, the choirs, the dance band, the majorettes, the flag corps and the Bellalres. Another spectacular this year was the pre- sentation of Ok1ahomaI The Dramatic Club and all the above organizations participated in this play. Everyone agreed that Oklahoma was the finest play ever given at Ben Davis and this was shown by the reactions of the students and the attendance at the two night performances.

That long awaited day has finally arrived! These students are lined up to be initiated into the National Honor Society, an honor group at Ben Davis. ffme w 0 were foie acfwfcm One of the most important events in the Honor Society of Ben Davis is the initiation of members into its Club. Above, several choice students are being initiated. They are: FRONT ROW: Left to Bright, Sally Katzenberger, LaVonne Tate, Sandy Kinder, Kay Wills, JoAnn Green, Janet Warren, Bob Rigdon, Mary Ann Spahr, Donna Buzzird, Linda Wood, Martha Burns, Ann Wechsler, Carol Mattingly and Sandy Tharp. BACK ROW: Donna Hunt, Nancy Thomas, Lynda Israel, Judy Roberts and Larry Henderson. The members of the National Honor Society seem to be en- joying themselves at the annual Honor Society Dance
